A Home Inspection is a snapshot in time that represents the condition of the home on the day and time of the inspection. It is not meant to predict the future condition of the home or its components. A home inspection is not a pass or fail type inspection nor a code inspection.
A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and a home inspection is always recommended before buying a home. It’s important to realize the condition of your investment.
